2010 was a busy year for Chris. In addition to being named
Chris Rollins came to fundraising as a volunteer, serving in a leadership role at
Chris is a founding member and Past President of the Georgia Hospital Association’s society for development professionals (GADP), and a faculty member of
Chris grew up in broadcasting and marketing communications, was a founder and President of the Greater Frederick Advertising Federation; won ADDY awards for his work in radio, TV, and print; and received the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal and
Chris is a trustee of the Community Foundation of South Jersey and the Shamong Foundation for Educational Excellence, and President of AFP’s New Jersey Southern Chapter.
He fulfills his love of teaching by presenting at national and regional seminars, lecturing at area colleges, volunteering as a mentor with AFP, and serving as an advisor to Pride Philanthropy. He is a member of AFP and AHP (the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy.
Chris is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), and earned his MBA from
Chris Rollins’ experience as a successful volunteer fundraiser, as well as a chief development officer and consultant, gives him a unique perspective, which few can rival. He is able to clear through the clutter of fundraising jargon into succinct ideas, techniques, and approaches that are invaluable to anyone in the field of philanthropy.
